 HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER ?

Add to Cart: Once you've made your choice,
click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

Review Your Cart: Click the cart icon at the top
right corner to review your selections. You can continue shopping or proceed to
checkout.

Login or Register: Log in to your existing Only Goat
account, or create a new one if you’re a first-time user.

Place Your Order: Confirm your shipping address,
choose a payment method, and finalize your purchase by clicking ‘Place
Order.’

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and whatsapp message with all the details, including your order ID. Once your order is shipped, you will get another message from our delivery partner to keep you updated. From there, just sit
back, relax, and get ready to enjoy your awesome product(s)!

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We have partnered with several trusted courier services to ensure your orders are delivered straight to your doorstep within 4-7 business days, depending on your location. Every order is securely packed and sealed to guarantee that your items arrive in perfect condition.

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/ CREDIT CARD/ NET BANKING. THE ORDERWAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT MY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED. WHAT’S HAPPENING HERE?

Please check your bank account to confirm if the amount has been debited. In case of a payment failure, debited amounts are typically reversed by banks within 10 business days.

PAYMENT MODE

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE IF I MAKE PAYMENT USING NET BANKING, DEBIT CARD, ORCREDIT CARD?

All credit card, debit card, and net banking
transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted connection, ensuring
your money is safe.

WHY AM I NOT GETTING ANY COD OPTION ON THE PAYMENT PAGE?

If the COD option is unavailable, it’s
because it’s not supported for your postal code. You can pay via Debit Card,
Credit Card, Net Banking, or have the order delivered to an alternate address
where COD is available.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Orders within India are generally delivered within 4-7 business days in metro cities and 8-10 business days for other locations.

Please Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as shipping address, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order once it's dispatched from our warehouse. Our delivery partner sends you a whatsapp message with a tracking link. Alternatively, you can track it through your account by selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and clicking ‘Track Order’ next to the respective Order ID.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS UNDELIVERED?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners have done multiple attempts and are unable to deliver the product. In this case, the order is returned to us and we will issue a refund in the form of a Gift Card.

WHAT TO DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ while logging in, and we’ll email you a password reset link to regain access.

IS THERE A WAY TO PICK THE RIGHT SIZE OF THE PRODUCT BEFORE BUYING IT?

Size Chart: To ensure you pick the perfect
fit, refer to the detailed size chart with measurements available
on each product page.

IN CASE I RETURN THE PRODUCTS, WILL THE COD/SHIPPING/GIFTING CHARGES BE CREDITEDBACK?

No. These are one time charges and are
non-refundable.

WHAT IF I'M NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THE PICKUP IS BEING ATTEMPTED?

Our courier partner will attempt the pick up 3 times.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. The refund for
prepaid cancellation will also be sent to your Only Goat GiftCard.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR RETURNS OF ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE?

If an order placed during sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded only in Only Goat
GiftCard, not the current product price.
