4. Refusal to Process an Order
While we strive to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse an order even after sending confirmation. We also reserve the right to:

  • Decline to process an order, without liability to you or any third party.

5. Delivery
Subject to product availability and unforeseen circumstances, we aim to dispatch orders by the date indicated in the delivery confirmation or within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation date.

Delivery is considered completed when you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods, as evidenced by signing the receipt at the delivery address.

6. Price and Payment
We strive for accurate pricing on our website, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is detected:

  • We will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

  • If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled, and any paid amount will be refunded in full.

  • We are not obligated to supply a product at an incorrect lower price if the error is obvious and should have been recognized by you.

Prices include Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties, and cesses but exclude delivery charges. Prices are subject to change at any time.

7. Taxes
